Propvidhi
218 screens. 3 platforms. A Bloomberg-style terminal for Indian real estate — designed, prototyped, and validated with 200+ industry stakeholders in 11 weeks.
The Challenge
Indian real-estate compliance is balkanised — every state has its own RERA, every city its own approval chain, every developer their own spreadsheet of broken processes.
We needed to prove that a unified terminal — Bloomberg-grade information density without the Bloomberg-grade learning curve — could replace the spreadsheet-and-prayer infrastructure most developers actually run on.
Our Approach
We built Propvidhi as a research prototype first — a full system that pre-seed validators could break before any developer wrote production code. 218 screens covering every workflow from listing onboarding to RERA filing to investor reporting.
- 11-week sprint with weekly walkthroughs
- 218 screens designed in Figma across desktop + tablet + mobile
- 5-stakeholder validation tracks (developer, broker, buyer, investor, regulator)
- Component library + design tokens documented in a 60-page system doc
- Interactive prototype walked through with 200+ industry contacts
The Solution
A terminal-class workspace covering 14 functional modules — from rate cards to RERA tracking to investor dashboards. Every screen built to the same density discipline as Bloomberg or Reuters — but legible to a real-estate operator who learned Excel last year.
- 218 screens across 14 modules
- Complete Figma component library + tokens
- 60-page design-system documentation
- Click-through prototype (desktop + tablet + mobile)
- 200+ stakeholder validation sessions
- Investor-ready pitch deck
The Results
Currently in pre-seed validation with 200+ industry stakeholders. Three institutional LOIs received. The prototype became the foundation for the funding round.

We've never seen this level of system thinking in a pre-seed validation. They didn't pitch us a slide deck — they handed us the operating system.
