Chapter · Story
The whole story.
We didn't start a company. We started solving problems — and the company happened because the problems wouldn't stop. Six chapters, the honest version.
We didn't start a company. We started solving problems.
Six years ago we were three people in an apartment, taking on client projects to fund our own — and watching every project teach us something the next one would need.
We weren't building a portfolio. We were building a toolkit. We'd ship something for a client, then spend the weekend rebuilding it as a system we could use again.
Every project became a piece of a bigger thing. We didn't have the words for it yet.
Five client projects deep. Nothing of our own shipping.
By 2022 we had a real agency. Five concurrent client projects. Revenue covering payroll. A team of seven.
And nothing — nothing — that was ours.
Every weekend we'd try to push our own products forward. Every Monday they'd get pushed back. Client work always won.
Every project was building part of an operating system. And we kept giving it away.
We looked at six years of client work. Every project had taught us a piece of how to run a business. Lead capture. Customer ops. Inventory. Compliance.
We'd built dozens of these pieces. For other people. And then we'd never see them again.
What if we kept them? What if we made them work together? What if we sold the whole operating system instead of the individual pieces?
Five products. One ecosystem. We bet the company.
We made a decision: half our team would keep shipping client work to fund payroll. The other half would build our own.
Five products in three years. Wonder OS, Revenue OS, Anumiti, LexiReview, Propvidhi. Each one solving the boring infrastructure that the next Indian business will need to build.
We told the team. We told our clients. We bet the company.
Seven people. One bet.
We never grew past seven. Not because we couldn't — because we wouldn't.
Every person here is the only person doing what they do. There's no senior/staff/principal. There's only the work and who's doing it.

Operating systems for a billion people.
India is the next operating-system country. The infrastructure that ran the West won't run here. The scale is wrong, the languages are wrong, the regulatory landscape is wrong.
We're building the operating systems for what's coming. DPDP-grade compliance. Vernacular AI. Real-estate protocols. Sales agents that work on WhatsApp.
Most of what we build won't matter in 2030. What we build in 2030 will run for two decades.
Six years, condensed.
