Make the operating system, not the slide.
Slides die in inboxes. Operating systems compound. We design and build the systems our clients run on — not the decks that pitch them.

Ship in weeks, not roadmaps.
Every week we ship something a real user can touch. Every quarter we sunset a workflow that's become a meeting. Roadmaps are for talking. Sprints are for building.

One per role. No backups, no bench.
Every person here is the only person doing what they do. There is no senior/staff/principal — there is only the work. We hire for force-multipliers, not seat-fillers.

Quality is the only KPI that compounds.
We don't optimise for ship velocity, or feature count, or revenue this month. We optimise for the thing that pays compound interest: did we just ship something we'll still be proud of in 2030?
Read both sides.
You need ladders.
We don't have any. No senior/staff/principal/director/VP. You're the only person doing what you do — that's the whole title.
You optimise for résumé.
We optimise for what shipped. We don't care which YC company you were at. We care what you built there.
You miss WhatsApp DMs.
We don't. Wonder runs on WhatsApp. If your reply time is 'within a week,' we are not built for each other.
You ask for 'vision.'
We have one — read the homepage. If our story doesn't move you, you'll feel like a contractor inside a month.

Whoever shipped, demos. Whoever didn't, says why. We celebrate ships, not effort.

Whoever needs eyes, gets eyes. Reviews go deep — we'd rather catch it now than maintain it forever.

Walk to MTR, eat dosa
We hard-stop at 6. The team that goes home at 6 ships more than the one that 'works late.'
